11.5 IFSP/IEP Summary

The IFSP/IEP Summary shows all items that had the IFSP/IEP box checked on an assessment. This report can be used to help write goals for a child’s IFSP or IEP.

This report contains the goal, objective, score, notes, and comments for each of the assessment areas. In addition, the report also includes a sample IFSP/IEP goal that can assist in your IFSP/IEP planning.

To view an IFSP/IEP Summary, click the View link. To print the IFSP/IEP Summary, click the Print link.You will be directed to a page that shows the available test periods for the child. Select one test period and click the Create Report button. The IFSP/IEP Summary will appear in a new browser window.
