7.1 Password Management
As an administrator, you can create Registered Users for the employees and contractors within your organization who need access to AEPSi at no extra charge. Subscription charges are based on the number of Child Records, not the number of users.
7.1.1 Forgotten Passwords

All users can reset a forgotten password by using the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, provided they know their usernames.

As an Administrator, you can reset a user's password by clicking the reset password button in their user profile. An e-mail will be sent to the user with a secure link. When the user selects the link, they will be directed to a page where they will be asked to enter a new password.
7.1.2 Forgotten Username
If a user has forgotten their username, they will be directed to contact their administrator. As an Administrator you can access the user's profile and provide them with their username. If you forget your username, and you are the only Administrator for your AEPSi account, contact your AEPSi implementation manager at implementation@brookespublishing.com.
7.1.3 Change Password

You can change your password in the My Profile section of AEPSi.
- Select My Profile from the top menu.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Click the Reset Password button.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- An e-mail will be sent to you with a secure link. When you select the link, you will be directed to a page where you will be asked to enter a new password.
7.1.4 Password Protection
For security reasons, you should never share your username and/or password with anyone. A professional at your organization who needs to use AEPSi or access AEPSi data should be given his or her own username and password.
