7.4 On-Line Help and Support

There are several on-line help and support resources to provide assistance to you and the registered users of your AEPSi account.

Self-guided on-line tutorials are always accessible for Administrators and Providers. There is an extensive and regularly updated FAQ section available on-line. AEPSi also provides webcasts featuring expert authors on timely subjects (e.g., OSEP reporting, developing meaningful IEP/IFSP goals, determining eligibility).
