AEPSi is a secure web-based companion to the four printed AEPS volumes that allows professionals to focus on children, not paperwork. Professionals can create customizable print and electronic child observation forms for administering the AEPS Test. Once they record their observations in AEPSi, AEPSi automatically scores the test and generates all of the information and paperwork that professionals would otherwise have to create by hand:
- score summaries
- graphs of children’s progress over time
- lists of IFSP/IEP targets
- the popular AEPS Child Progress Record
- a present level of functioning report for use at IFSP/IEP meetings
- two Group Snapshots reports: Status of All Children and Progress of All Children
AEPSi also allows professionals to conduct group assessments and enter AEPS Test scores and observations for multiple children at one time on one screen, saving substantial time on data entry and scoring.
Once the AEPS Tests are scored, AEPSi’s powerful electronic reporting functions come into play. With a few clicks, professionals can transform AEPS scores into an OSEP Report, determine or corroborate children’s eligibility for services, and generate reports for individual children, classrooms, programs, and children served by specific team members. Child data can be easily aggregated and exported in a variety of formats for input into other data management systems.
